Though it is not my own, I've finally found a suitable sword at one of the shops. The local Filial are kind people... It's a shame that the Malnosso use them for their own twisted desires.

I have heard rumors of a winter festival being planned. I have had experience in planning large events and parties, though it was only for invitational purposes. I doubt I'll be of much help with decorating, though I will lend my hand if needed. I fully support the idea myself.

Yuuri's with me now. Julia's healed him, and he's safe... I'll be sure to do everything in my power to keep him that way. I don't care what the Malnosso do to me. I'd gladly give my arm all over again. I just... I just wish I didn't fail him so much.

I truly don't deserve to be called his protector.

Yet... I'm relieved that he's by my side again. If only he didn't have such lasting damage...

Mother's flowers. I am unsure of how they arrived here, but they're just as beautiful as always. At least they're only covering a small spot a few feet away from the place I seem to be staying in, unlike many of the other flowers here. Is this one of those... "experiments"? ~~It seems harmless to me...~~

My wounds are gone. I didn't know his majesty's healing power had improved so dramatically... If he had let them be, then he wouldn't have to go through all the trouble. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised. His majesty’s always had such a kind and forgiving heart.

Although, I never thought the original king would need my assistance on Earth again.
